Terms of Use

Effective 24 October 2026.

These terms are between you and Hangar Marketplace, LLC ("we") and cover the Site Visitor app and this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you use the app on behalf of a committee or airline team, that organisation's licence agreement with us applies as well, and where the two differ the licence agreement wins.

Who may use it

Site Visitor is licensed to organisations: hotel committees and airline crew hotel teams. Member accounts exist because an organisation's manager added your email address. You must be at least 18 and use the app for that organisation's hotel work. Anyone can sign in, but without an organisation the app only lets you request access and keep visits on your own device.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. One-time codes are sent to it, and anyone who controls the mailbox controls the account. Tell your organisation's manager and us if you think your account has been used by someone else. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

Your content

Visits, photos, notes and reports belong to you and your organisation, not to us. You give us only the permission needed to store them, sync them to your organisation's members, and generate the report and drafts you ask for. You are responsible for having the right to enter what you enter, including photographs taken on hotel property and information from bid documents that your organisation received under confidentiality.

Drafts and reports

Automatic notes and summaries are drafts generated from your own entries. They can be wrong. You are the author of every report that leaves the app and are responsible for reviewing it before you send it. Contract checks reflect the rules configured for your organisation and are an aid, not a legal determination.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to access another organisation's data, to probe or overload our systems, to upload unlawful content, or to resell access. Do not share demonstration credentials. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules and will tell the organisation's manager when we do.

Fees

Organisations pay a setup fee and a yearly subscription under their licence agreement. Nothing is sold through the app stores and the app contains no purchases.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Visits are saved on the device and keep working offline. We may change or withdraw features with notice to organisation managers.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the app is limited to the fees your organisation paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made on the basis of a report.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. An organisation's access ends when its licence ends. These terms survive as far as they concern content, liability and disputes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes are handled in its courts, unless your organisation's licence agreement says otherwise.
