Signing in

I did not get my code. Codes come from sitevisitor@hangarmarketplace.com and expire after a few minutes. Check junk mail the first time; once the sender is marked safe, later codes land in the inbox. Union mail systems sometimes hold outside mail for a few minutes.

The app says I am not on a committee. Your committee's manager adds your email under Members and invites, after which the committee's visits appear on your next pull to refresh. If your committee is not set up yet, tap Request access and we will be in touch.

I signed in with the wrong address. Sign out from Account and sign in again with the address your committee added. Visits made under the wrong address stay on the device until you sign in with the right one.

Visits and reports

Can I edit another member's visit? No. Every member of a committee can read every visit and export its report. Only the author edits.

Where are my photos? On the device, and synced with the visit to your committee. They are included in the PDF report.

Importing a bid packet did nothing. The reader handles the standard RFP questionnaire PDF, the Destination Presentation workbook (xlsx) and the site packet summary grid. Scanned image PDFs cannot be read. Send us the document type (not the document itself) and we will add it.

The AI draft got something wrong. Drafts are built only from what you entered. Edit the text; once edited it is no longer marked as a draft. Nothing is sent anywhere until you export the report yourself.

Account

Deleting your account. Account, then Delete account. Your sign-in and profile are removed for good. Reports already shared with your committee stay with the committee, with no author attached. Visits stored only on the device are removed when you delete the app.

Changing committees. Members of more than one organisation switch between them on the Account screen. Nothing moves between organisations.
