Site Visitor
Hotel site visits for airline crew hotel committees, from bid packet to signed report.
Site Visitor replaces the paper site packet. A committee member imports the hotel bid packet or RFP questionnaire, walks the property with the inspection checklist, scores it, and produces the committee's PDF report from the phone or tablet. Nothing needs a signal until the report is sent.
What it does
- Reads the bid packet (PDF or spreadsheet) on the device and pre-fills every hotel's answers. The file itself is never uploaded or kept.
- Checks each hotel against the contract requirements configured for your pilot group and records any waiver with a reason.
- Drafts the hotel notes and the site summary from the member's own answers. The member edits and remains the author.
- Produces the report as a PDF the member sends from their own email.
- Shares visits with the rest of the committee, read-only. Only the author edits.
Who it is for
Site Visitor is licensed to hotel committees and airline crew hotel teams, not sold to individuals. Each organisation's data is kept entirely separate from every other organisation. To bring your committee on, request access from inside the app or write to hello@hangarmarketplace.com.
